Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase from MyValentus.ph have a 10 day period to return any unused tubs to MyValentus.ph.
The purchase price of the product will be returned in full after the unused product is returned. Please understand this does not include any opened tubs.
This guarantee works in situations where more than one box is ordered and a customer wishes to return the unused tubs If you order a single tub and open it there is no return policy for opened tubs. The shipping and handling are not included so reimbursement is for the product cost only.
